Itua "Bo" Iboaya
Bo is the Owner of SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties. He has been with us since 2022. Bo brings an enthusiasm like no other. His energy is electric and can be felt by customers and team members alike. He has a big vision for SERVPRO FVG, and an even bigger vision for each of his employees. When Bo has spare time, you can find him spending it with his beautiful family, serving in some capacity at his church, or singing in the choir.
Steven R.
Steve is our Construction Manager. He has been with us since March 2024. He brings 25+ years of construction experience to our team. Steve holds his NC General Contractor License, as well as a plumbing license. He has been a welcome addition to our crew, and we are excited to see the growth he brings to SERVPRO FVG. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and outdoor activities.
Damion C.
Damion is our Production Manager, and has been with SERVPRO FVG since 2019. Damion holds several IIRC certifications, and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of our work. He is a dynamic leader, and is always willing to lend a hand to his team, and get the job done. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, gaming, reading, and being involved with his church.
Justin W.
This is Justin. Justin is our Production Crew Chief. He has been with SERVPRO® since November 2023. Justin has several years of restoration and mitigation experience which has led to his success in this role. Justin is also creating our training program which will lead to the success of his team as well. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his wife and kids and work on cars.
Crockett
Crockett, or "Mr.Crock" has worked for SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance and Granville Counties for 22 years! Everyone that meets Crock comments about his pleasant personality and passion for his work. He truly cares about the customer and completing the job. Crock is originally from Maryland, and is now a proud resident of Warren County. He enjoys gardening, cooking/ baking and spending time with his wife! We are so proud that Crock is a part of our production crew!
Mauro E.
Mauro has been with us since January 2024, and is one of our Restoration Technicians. He has taken to this role well, and has show a lot of growth since starting. One of his favorite tasks is demo. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his son and family.
Nicole G.
Nicole has been with us since March 2023, and is one of our newest Restoration Technicians. She has previous restoration/mitigation experience and large loss/storm damage experience. She is motivated and has taken the reigns and done a great job navigating all the different aspects of our job here at SERVPRO®. We see big potential in Nicole and we can't wait to see her growth here. In her spare time she is getting ready for her new niece or nephew to arrive, spending time with her sister and family.
Nicole C.
This is Nicole. Nicole is our Office Manager and has been with us since 2018. Nicole is the one keeping the team together and on top of things. She wears many hats, but always keeps customer service at the top of her priority list. She is knowledgeable about all things SERVPRO and is always ready and willing to share that knowledge with team members and customers alike. When Nicole has free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gaming, and binge-watching different TV series.
Lauren L.
Lauren is our Sales and Marketing Rep, and has been with us since October 2023. She is new to sales and SERVPRO, but has brought knowledge and experience from different areas that has allowed her to learn the role quickly, and get out to start building relationships within our community. She is always willing to help where needed and enjoys meeting and talking with new people. When she is not working, she enjoys being with her family, going to concerts, and traveling.
